I joined the Get You In Shape Dallas and Coppell Boot Camp to become more fit and satisfied with my appearance. After having my kids later in life, I had never been able to lose those extra layers that seemed to hang on around my middle, hips and thighs.
I began following the whole Get You in Shape program and saw immediate results – losing 10 pounds in my first month alone! Get You In Shape's boot camps are different than others – while they are hard work – the trainers encourages you to push to your personal best – you are never expected to work at someone else’s fitness level – but continually encouraged to improve your own.

I am Jeff Trondsen I am from here in Dallas and Coppell, TX. I joined the Get You In Shape Dallas and Coppell Boot Camp because I was preparing for a walk that is coming up in November. What happened here went far beyond preparing for that walk. I got myself in shape, I've lost inches and weight, which I was not expecting. Most important, though, is that my energy level has gone up sky high. Especially in the evenings. I am noticing that I have more energy later in the day, I am in a better mood. I am eating better, which I also was not expecting to do either but it has just come as a result. I can not get over how GOOD I feel at the end of each day. At the very beginning I came in weighing 208.5 and I weighed in this morning at 200. My waist was at 44 inches and I measured at 38 inches today. I lost 8 pounds and 6 inches from my wiast in just 4 weeks! Which was just beyond believe. I have lost body fat all over my body and I think I am rearranging it an putting it back into muscle. Overall the muscle tone has really improved and I feel fantastic.

The Get You In Shape Fitness Boot Camp helped me get my health back! As you can see from the before and after pictures, the Get You In Shape Boot Camp also helped me lose 30 pounds and more than 30 inches from my body in just a few short months! Not only do I feel much better but I am not much more healthier than before the Get You In Shape Fitness Boot Camp. I can't say enough about the program.

My name is Jennifer Judd and I am a mother of 5 in Dallas and Coppell, TX. I decided to join the Get You In Shape Dallas and Coppell Boot Camp because I just had a baby about 6 months ago and I was ready to get in shape. This program is different because there are many different class times. It is something that you commit to so you have more motivation for you to attend. I love it because it works all parts of your body and it is a motivational group without being high pressure or high stress. I have lost about 13 pounds in 2 months and feel great.
My goals were health-oriented. I was already in O.K. aerobic shape from years of running, cycling, and walking. I had heard, though, that women "of a certain age" need to work with weights and focus on toning, resistance, and flexibility.
Each Get You In Shape Fitness Boot Camp class session Brad includes a mixture of hand weights, balancing, resistance with bands, stretching, core work, plus some cardio. The exercises have strengthened key areas of my body (back, ankles, knees, hips, shoulders). Now I am much less likely to hurt myself (say with a knee sprain) in everyday activities.
I have been attending for nearly 6 months and the workout has not once been the same. Although I have been sore sometimes (whew, those ankle bands!) the soreness always has gone away quickly. More importantly, I have never been hurt doing the workouts. In fact some of my old chronic problems--such as a bad heel--actually have gotten better!
There are things that the Get You In Shape Fitness Boot Camp does NOT have, that I am glad are missing: no yelling from the instructor, no loud music (we can hear his instructions better that way), no super-competitive atmosphere. I cannot say enough about Brad's talent as a class leader: he is good-humored, knowledgeable, and motivating, and he can work with people of all different fitness levels.
It has been a pleasant surprise to find that I am losing some inches (13) and pounds (5). Who knew I had an inch to lose in my neck? And who'd think that this schoolteacher could have BICEPS? Thanks to this class, I am stronger and more physically confident at 50 than I was at 20. This really has been a gift that keeps on giving!
